Life is not always easy, sometimes we need someone to talk to, to work through the feelings and emotions we struggle with. You are showing courage by reaching out for help. You do not have to do this alone. I will offer you a warm, safe space with an empathetic and non-judgemental ear. By sharing your experiences and pain we can work together to help you cope and determine goals for the future. This is a safe space, where healing and growth can take place. Together we can work on self-discovery and self-compassion. You can learn new ways of coping and ways in which you can improve the relationships around you. It is my hope that you find contentment and peace.

Psychotherapy can help improve your overall health. It can help you navigate the stressors in your life and give you a safe place to talk about them. Counselling can help you learn new tools to navigate the areas in daily life that you struggle with. We can also help with relationship building and maintenance. A counsellor can provide the non-judgemental, free of blame, mediated space for you to work out your relationship concerns.

We can also provide you with guidance to navigate past or current traumas in your life. Sometimes identifying and processing the thoughts and feelings surrounding the trauma can help clients move past the symptoms they are experiencing now.
